Life is Precious is a community-based breast cancer education workshop program designed to convey to Hmong women the importance of maintaining and monitoring proper breast health.

The Peer Navigator Breast Cancer Screening Program for Korean-American Women 
is designed to increase knowledge and self-efficacy among women to complete a diagnostic follow-up exam after an abnormal breast cancer screening test. The intervention uses the following: 1) A Woman’s Guide to Breast Cancer Treatment (English and Korean versions); 2) Cancer Facts for Women (Korean version); 3) Breast Cancer: Your Guide to Breast Self-Awareness video; and 4) Initial Assessment and Intervention Form (English and Korean version).

From Coverage to Care (C2C) is an initiative from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) designed to help people with new health coverage understand their benefits and connect to primary care and the preventive services that are right for them.
