For Health Educators

ExperimentMany dedicated individuals across the state lead educational activities about breast and cervical health and cancer screening. These include community health workers and outreach staff with public health departments, local clinics, and accredited cancer centers, and volunteers with local cancer coalitions and support groups. Much of this work is focused on reaching underserved populations, including rural women, women with incomes below $35,000, and African American and Hispanic/Latino women.

Our goal in this section is to share successful program models across the state.
