VNA Breast Cancer Patient Assistance Program
In partnership with Susan G. Komen® Great Plains Project Pink’d Inc., and individual contributors, the VNA provides financial assistance and supportive services to assist Nebraska residents currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer. Financial assistance is available for day-to-day expenses, such as utilities, gas cards, one-time medical needs, or other essentials. Emotional support and system navigation are also provided to help reduce stress and allow survivors focus on treatment and recovery.
For Douglas and Sarpy County residents, companion non-medical care services are also available, providing support such as light housekeeping, meal preparation and other services.
A VNA representative will work with you one-on-one to determine what services will provide the greatest assistance in your recovery process. VNA Breast Cancer Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to providing services that enable you to prioritize your needs and determine which services or financial support will make the most difference in meeting those needs.
If you or a loved one need assistance, or for more information, contact Stephanie Sass at 402.930.4118 or 800.456.8869.
